These are the plain-language terms for using this website and requesting our services.

Quotes

Quotes prepared from your photos are free and carry no obligation. A quote is an estimate based on what the photos show; the final price is confirmed when we see the piece. We aim to send exact quotes within two business days.

How the work runs

• You approve the material and design before we cut — we don’t start sewing until you say yes.
• The return date is agreed before work begins.
• Pickup and delivery are included within our service area (about 45 minutes around Lantana, FL).

Warranty

Seams and stitching are covered by a 3-year warranty: if a seam we sewed comes apart under normal use, we repair it free. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or fading of customer-supplied materials.
