We do it the other way: every top, enclosure and cover is patterned on your boat — your rails, your rocket launcher, your electronics — so it fits drum-tight and sheds water where it should. Canvas work we build

Florida canvas earns its keep: UV strong enough to chalk cheap thread in two seasons, daily storms in summer, salt year-round. We build with Sunbrella-class marine canvas and UV-bonded thread, and pattern on the boat itself, because a quarter inch of slack is the difference between quiet and flapping at 30 knots.

Materials

Marine canvas in the full Sunbrella color range, pressed-polycarbonate or roll vinyl windows, UV-bonded thread, marine-grade zippers and fasteners that survive salt. Hardware reused where it is sound, replaced where it is not.

Can you re-skin my existing bimini frame?
Usually yes — if the frame is sound we pattern new canvas onto it, which saves a good part of the cost of a full new top.
How long does a bimini or enclosure take?
Most covers run within two weeks. Full enclosures are quoted per boat because window count drives the sewing time.
Do you replace just the clear vinyl windows?
Yes — clouded or cracked panels can be replaced in an otherwise healthy enclosure, keeping the canvas you already own.
What canvas do you use?
Sunbrella-class marine canvas with UV-bonded thread. You choose the color from physical samples before we order.
Where do you work?
